Le terrain devant le Parlement du Canada s’est transformé en vaste zone d’excavation pour intégrer deux éléments ambitieux : un système sophistiqué de protection antisismique et un centre souterrain d’accueil des visiteurs reliant les édifices de l’Ouest, du Centre et de l’Est. Siavash Mohajer, directeur principal de la construction pour le programme de réhabilitation de l’Édifice du Centre, nous parle de ces ajouts.
