Northern Ontario doctors raise concerns over health care – December 10, 2024

Dr. Dominik Nowak, chair of the Ontario Medical Association, chairs a news conference to raise concerns over the health-care crisis in northern Ontario.

He is joined by Dr. Jessica Kwapis, a general surgeon and chief of staff of Sensenbrenner Hospital in Kapuskasing, and Dr. Sarah Giles, a rural generalist from Kenora and assistant professor of family medicine at the Northern Ontario School of Medicine.
