There were mixed results for emerging countries at the conclusion of COP29 last week in Azerbaijan. They demanded over a trillion dollars to continue the fight against climate change but received pledges of only $300 billion from wealthy nations. Once again, critics questioned the relevance and effectiveness of such an event. CPAC’s Michael Serapio speaks with the federal Minister of Environment and Climate Change, Steven Guilbeault.
