TEDDY BEAR TOSS RETURNS FRIDAY NIGHT

TEDDY BEAR TOSS RETURNS FRIDAY NIGHT

December 5, 2024 at 11:42 am  Kamloops Blazers, Sports

The Blazers host the Seattle Thunderbirds on Friday, December 6th. Puck drop is 7pm at the Sandman Centre.

It’s Teddy Bear Night, presented by Kamloops Kia. Fans are encouraged to bring a teddy bear to the game to toss on the ice when the Blazers score their first goal. Small bears in a bag are preferred, to help keep them clean when they hit the ice. All teddy bears are donated to RIH and other local charities and non-profit groups. Sarah’s Independent Grocer will be on site selling teddy bears, with a portion of the proceeds supporting the President’s Choice Children’s Charity.

Stop by the Kamloops Kia booth in Sponsor’s Corner and learn more about Kamloops Kia’s holiday offer! For a limited time only, Kamloops Kia is offering a $750 Holiday Bonus on the new Kia Telluride! That’s right – $750 in your pocket to make your holiday season even brighter.

The Dance Gallery will perform on the plaza outside between 6:15pm and 6:45pm to help get fans in the festive spirit. Visit their booth behind Section K during Friday’s game and purchase raffle tickets for your chance to win a Logan Stankoven signed Dallas Stars jersey.

Come visit Santa in the Leaps of Laughter Kids Corner, starting at 6pm when doors open. Photos will be done by donation to the BC Alzheimer’s Society.

The Levy pregame meal takes place in the Kamloops Kia Lounge two hours before puck drop. Friday’s menu is Chicken Pot Pie with Chopped Salad.
