Le cessez-le-feu annoncé entre Israël et le Hezbollah au Liban est entré en vigueur ce jeudi, et ce après plus d’un an d’hostilités transfrontalières et deux mois de guerre ouverte. Notre animatrice Catherine Lafrance discute de la possibilité d’un accord de paix entre les deux parties avec l’ancien ambassadeur du Canada Ferry de Kerckhove.
