Minister Blair speaks at defence procurement conference in Ottawa

Defence Minister Bill Blair takes part in a discussion at the Canadian Global Affairs Institute’s day-long conference in Ottawa. The theme of the conference is “What defence procurement system for 2% of GDP by 2032?”

LGen Stephen Kelsey, vice-chief of the defence staff, delivers a keynote address after the discussion.
