Les décisions d’enlever ou de conserver les biens à caractère patrimonial de l’édifice du Centre pendant les rénovations sont prises au cas par cas. Kate Westbury, responsable du patrimoine du Programme de réhabilitation de l’édifice du Centre, décrit les défis posés par la restauration des sculptures et du plafond en tissu situés dans la salle de la Chambre des communes.
