Minister Blair discusses latest report on addressing military sexual misconduct – November 20, 2024

Speaking with reporters on Parliament Hill, Defence Minister Bill Blair discusses the release of the fourth bi-annual report of the external monitor on culture change in the military. Jocelyne Therrien was appointed to the position of external monitor in October 2022 to oversee efforts in addressing sexual misconduct and harassment in the Department of National Defence and the Canadian Armed Forces.
