L’invasion russe en Ukraine en est à sa 1000e journée. La Russie a répondu à l’utilisation de missiles américains de longue portée par l’Ukraine, en considérant celle-ci comme une agression venant de l’Ukraine et de ses alliés. Le ton se durcit et la menace de l’arme nucléaire est dorénavant brandie. Notre animatrice Catherine Lafrance fait le point avec l’ancien diplomate et ambassadeur canadien Ferry de Kerckhove.
