In Montreal, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau delivers remarks at a reception for the Ministerial Conference on the Human Dimension of Ukraine’s Peace Formula.

Foreign Affairs Minister Mélanie Joly is co-hosting the two-day conference with her counterparts from Ukraine and Norway.
