Ottawa slashes immigration targets: we talk with Min. Miller – October 24, 2024

The Trudeau government announced on Thursday that it will reverse course for the future immigration targets. Ottawa will welcome 100,000 fewer permanent residents in 2025 than its original goal, with more decreases continuing up to 2027.

CPAC’s Michael Serapio discusses this pivot with Marc Miller, minister of immigration, refugees and citizenship.
