Chrystia Freeland, the deputy prime minister and minister of finance, provides an update on the government’s economic plan as MPs return to the House of Commons from their summer break.

She is joined at the news conference on Parliament Hill by Employment Minister Randy Boissonnault and Procurement Minister Jean-Yves Duclos.
