The majority of attendees at a special meeting of the Assembly of First Nations voted to reject a nearly $48-billion-dollar package to address the child welfare system. CPAC’s Michael Serapio talks about the next steps with Cindy Blackstock, the executive director of the First Nations Child and Family Caring Society.
