NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh speaks with reporters on Parliament Hill the day after C-64, the government’s bill to establish a framework for national pharmacare, was passed by the Senate. The pharmacare bill was a key component of the NDP’s supply-and-confidence agreement with the Liberal government.
