Dans son rapport annuel 2023-2024, l’ombudsman des contribuables canadiens François Boileau affirme que le nombre de plaintes envers l’Agence du revenu du Canada n’a jamais été aussi haut, excluant la période de la pandémie de Covid-19. Notre animatrice Catherine Lafrance aborde avec François Boileau l’origine de ces plaintes, et ce qui peut être fait pour améliorer la situation.
