Federal taxpayers’ ombudsperson releases annual report – October 9, 2024

François Boileau, Canada’s taxpayers’ ombudsperson, holds a news conference in Ottawa for the release of his 2023-2024 annual report. The report contains three recommendations to improve the Canada Revenue Agency’s service to the public.
