Ingérence étrangère : Ottawa veut rencontrer des ambassadeurs étrangers – 8 octobre 2024

Le sous-ministre délégué aux Affaires étrangères du Canada, David Morrison, a affirmé lors de son passage à la Commission Hogue qu’Ottawa souhaitait organiser une rencontre avec des ambassadeurs étrangers en poste au Canada pour les aviser que les initiatives d’ingérence étrangère dans les prochaines élections fédérales ne seraient pas tolérées. Mais est-ce qu’une telle rencontre peut s’avérer efficace?
