French President Emmanuel Macron was in Ottawa and Montreal on Thursday for a brief visit to Canada; his first since 2018. CPAC’s Michael Serapio discusses the challenges France is facing alongside Canada with Ferry de Kerckhove, former Canadian diplomat and representative to La Francophonie.
