NDP renews call for peace and justice for Israel and Palestine – September 23, 2024

At a news conference on Parliament Hill, NDP Foreign Affairs critic Heather McPherson reiterates her party’s call for peace and justice amid the Israel-Hamas war. The NDP is urging the federal government to recognize Palestinian statehood, impose sanctions on the Netanyahu administration, and impose a two-way arms embargo on Israel.

McPherson is joined by NDP deputy leader Alexandre Boulerice.
