Foreign Affairs Minister Mélanie Joly speaks with reporters in Toronto after hosting a meeting of women foreign ministers.

The two-day event, which was co-hosted by Joly’s Jamaican counterpart Kamina Johnson Smith, brought together women from around the world to discuss their views and experiences in governance and public life.
