Steven MacKinnon and Karina Gould speak with reporters in Nanaimo, B.C., as the Liberal party’s national caucus wraps up its three-day retreat.

MacKinnon, the federal labour minister, comments on a potential Air Canada pilot strike. Gould, the government House leader, remarks on Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre’s announcement that he intends to introduce a non-confidence motion when Parliament resumes with the aim of triggering a federal election.
