Tapestry Festival aims to provide an inclusive and diverse environment for all members of society. We are building more cultural awareness to try and reduce racism and discrimination incidents and allowing the rest of the community to enjoy the diverse food, music, dances, history, and art that this event brings.

Cultural Foodies Pavilion

The Cultural Foodies Pavilion brings food from all over the world, you get to enjoy a fantastic gastronomical journey and learn a bit more about the cultural diversity Kamloops has to offer

Multicultural Neighbourhood

Tapestry allows you to learn, live, and experience Kamloops’s cultural diversity. The Multicultural Neighbourhood lets you travel to different countries, regions, or continents, and you learn about history, art, culture, music, and the passion each person has for their ethnic background.

Art Exhibits

Tapestry also provides a space for Kamloops’s very own culturally diverse artists. Our Art Exhibits showcase art from multiple regions of the world. You can also try it out for yourself! Let your creativity wander with the help of other cultures.
