Victoria, British Columbia, March 7, 2024 — Members of the media are invited to an infrastructure announcement with the Honourable Soraya Martinez Ferrada, Minister of Tourism and Minister responsible for the Economic Development Agency of Canada for the Regions of Quebec; the Honourable Anne Kang, Minister of Municipal Affairs, and His Worship Herb Pond, Mayor for Prince Rupert.
