Carney Takes Canada Investment Pitch to New York

Prime Minister Mark Carney is in New York for a two-day visit focused on attracting investment to Canada. Meeting with CEOs, entrepreneurs, and capital managers, Carney is promoting Canada as a leading destination for growth and investment, including from the United States. In a speech to the Economic Club of New York, he also delivered a message aimed at strengthening Canada-U.S. economic ties. Matthew Holmes, executive vice president and chief of public policy at the Canadian Chamber of Commerce, joins CPAC host Marc-André Cossette to discuss how Carney’s pitch may be received in Washington.
