CPAC Lookback: On this day in 2017, Andrew Scheer wins the leadership of the Conservative Party on the 13th ballot with 50.95% of the vote.

In his victory speech he promised to keep the party united and defeat Justin Trudeau’s Liberals in the 2019 election.
