Les États-Unis ont changé et le Canada doit s’adapter : c’est le message qu’a lancé Mark Carney aux Canadiens dimanche. Dans une allocution de 14 minutes diffusée sur les réseaux sociaux, le premier ministre affirme que la relation entre les deux pays est désormais transformée de façon durable, évoquant une crise porteuse à la fois de menaces, mais aussi de grandes occasions pour le pays.
