À l’approche de la mise à jour économique du printemps, le gouvernement fédéral dresse un bilan de ses finances dans un contexte mondial incertain, marqué notamment par les tensions géopolitiques et les tarifs américains. Un an après la dernière élection générale, cet exercice vise à éclairer l’état des finances publiques et les pressions qui pèsent sur l’économie canadienne. Pour en discuter, Marc-André Cossette s’entretient avec Yves Giroux, ancien directeur parlementaire du budget.
