Israël poursuit ses frappes au Sud-Liban, malgré les efforts diplomatiques de Washington pour relancer le dialogue entre les deux nations. Des responsables israéliens et libanais s’y sont rencontrés mardi, une première depuis des décennies. Les échanges se concluent sans avancée concrète ni pause des opérations contre le Hezbollah, soutenu par l’Iran. Marc-André Cossette fait le point avec Arthur Sarradin, journaliste à Beyrouth.
