Le ministre fédéral des Ressources naturelles, Jonathan Wilkinson, participe à une conférence majeure sur l’énergie à Houston, aux côtés de premiers ministres conservateurs, pour affirmer les ambitions du Canada comme acteur clé du secteur énergétique. Cette démarche s’inscrit dans la volonté d’Ottawa de positionner le pays comme une superpuissance énergétique, avec en toile de fond le projet Keystone XL. Marc-André Cossette en discute avec Yvan Cliche, spécialiste de l’énergie au Centre d’études et de recherches internationales de l’Université de Montréal.
