Prime Minister Mark Carney and Jonas Gahr Støre, his Norwegian counterpart, speak briefly with reporters in Holmenkollen, Norway, where they are attending the International Ski Federation’s Nordic World Cup. The Canadian prime minister is in Norway on a three-day official visit.
