Le gouvernement fédéral prévoit investir plus de 40 milliards de dollars afin de renforcer la défense et la sécurité du Canada dans l’Arctique. L’annonce comprend la modernisation de bases militaires, l’allongement de pistes d’atterrissage et l’amélioration des infrastructures dans le Nord. Pour analyser la portée de ces investissements et leurs implications stratégiques, Marc-André Cossette s’entretient avec Mathieu Landriault, directeur de l’Observatoire de la politique et de la sécurité de l’Arctique.
