Les tensions montent au Moyen-Orient après la première déclaration de Mojtaba Khamenei depuis qu’il a pris la tête du régime iranien comme guide suprême. Téhéran menace de maintenir fermé le détroit d’Ormuz, tandis que des attaques contre des pétroliers et des infrastructures énergétiques alimentent une crise qui secoue déjà les marchés mondiaux du pétrole. Pour analyser ce conflit et ses conséquences sur l’énergie mondiale, Marc-André Cossette reçoit Francis Perrin, directeur de recherche à l’Institut de relations internationales et stratégiques à Paris et chercheur associé au Policy Center for the New South à Rabat.
