11:00 ET / 8:00 PT: Montreal Institute for Global Security holds news conference on Arctic security

Representatives from the Montreal Institute for Global Security (MIGS) and the China Strategic Risks Institute hold a news conference on Parliament Hill in Ottawa to discuss a new report on China’s expanding influence in the Canadian Arctic.
Among the press conference participants are MIGS’ Kyle Matthews (executive director) and Alex Dalziel (senior fellow), as well as China Strategic Risks Institute’s Elizabeth Donkervoort (director), and Conservative MP Shuvaloy Majumdar.
