Dominic LeBlanc, the minister responsible for Canada-U.S. trade, intergovernmental affairs and one Canadian economy, delivers a speech to Canadian Club Toronto. The speech covers Canada’s economic, digital, and infrastructure priorities.

Following his address, the minister takes part in a discussion with Debbie Gamble, the chief strategy and marketing officer at Interac.
