Quatre ans après l’invasion lancée par la Russie contre l’Ukraine en 2022, la guerre se poursuit et continue d’entraîner d’importantes répercussions humaines, militaires et géopolitiques.

Eugene Czolij, consul honoraire d’Ukraine à Montréal, analyse la capacité de résistance ukrainienne, l’ampleur des pertes russes et la stratégie du Kremlin. Il propose un éclairage sur l’évolution du conflit et sur les conditions d’une éventuelle résolution.
