L’offensive lancée par la Russie envers l’Ukraine il y a maintenant quatre ans jour pour jour a déclenché le plus important conflit en Europe depuis la Seconde Guerre mondiale. À l’heure actuelle, la Russie occupe un peu plus de 19% du territoire ukrainien, selon l’Institute for the Study of War. Emmanuelle Chaze, correspondante de Radio France Internationale et de France 24, à Kyiv, en Ukraine, parle avec Marc-André Cossette des épreuves que les Ukrainiens ont traversées lors des quatre dernières années.

La cinquième année de la guerre en Ukraine s’enclenche aujourd’hui. Comment est-ce que les Ukrainiens et leur gouvernement perçoivent cette guerre? Marc-André Cossette s’entretient avec Eugène Czolij, consul honoraire d’Ukraine à Montréal.

Les conservateurs ont déposé aujourd’hui aux Communes une motion visant à restreindre l’accès aux prestations de santé des demandeurs d’asile dont la demande a été rejetée. Selon un rapport publié plus tôt ce mois-ci par le directeur parlementaire du budget, le coût du Programme fédéral de santé intérimaire pourrait dépasser 1,5 milliard de dollars d’ici 2029-2030. Marc-André Cossette reçoit Gabriel Hardy, député conservateur de Montmorency-Charlevoix, pour discuter de cette motion.
