Finance Minister François-Philippe Champagne holds a news conference in Mississauga, Ont., to announce measures aimed at addressing instances of extortion in Canada. He is joined by federal ministers Maninder Sidhu (international trade), Rechie Valdez (women and gender equality) and Shafqat Ali (Treasury Board president), as well as Mississauga Mayor Carolyn Parrish and Peel Regional Police Chief Nishan Duraiappah.
