Montreal Institute for Global Security presents new report on transnational repression

In Ottawa, representatives from the Montreal Institute for Global Security hold a news conference for the release of their new report on transnational repression in Canada.
Speaking with reporters are Kyle Matthews, Marie Lamensch, and Phil Gurski, as well as Mehmet Tohti from the Uyghur Rights Advocacy Project. (February 17, 2026)
