Canada Prepares for its Biggest Trade Mission to Mexico

A Canadian delegation of hundreds will be making their way to Mexico next week, as the government is trying to bolter business ties with Mexico. Rachel Bendayan, Parliamentary Secretary to the Prime Minister, talks to CPAC host Michael Serapio about the goals of this trip.
