You’re invited to an exclusive screening of the film Pride vs. Prejudice: The Delwin Vriend Story!

Following the film will be a conversation with a panel of experts.

When: Tuesday, March 24 from 6 – 8 p.m.

Where: The Paramount Theatre, 503 Victoria St., Kamloops B.C.

Hosted by Thompson Rivers University.

Delwin Vriend never wanted to be a human rights activist, but in challenging his firing for being gay, he set in motion a chain of events that impacted the lives of LGBTQ+ people — not just in Alberta, not just in Canada, but around the globe.
