À Montréal, à la suite de son allocution à Polytechnique Montréal, le premier ministre du Québec, François Legault, répond aux questions des journalistes portant sur l’immigration et le Programme de l’expérience québécoise (PEQ), abandonné au profil d’un nouveau programme plus restrictif, alors que plusieurs membres de la société civile réclament du gouvernement une clause de droit acquis (clause dite grand-père) pour les travailleurs et étudiants qui étaient déjà admissibles au PEQ.
