Former Canadian diplomat Ben Rowswell joins Michael Serapio to discuss the new Canadian consulate in Nuuk, Greenland, the evolution of American rhetoric, and the significance of this moment for NATO and Arctic diplomacy. A former Canadian ambassador to Venezuela, Rowswell also examines whether democratic middle powers like Canada can work together to counter the growing authoritarian influence of China and Russia.
