At a news conference in Ottawa, federal and territorial ministers make an announcement concerning housing in Nunavut.

In attendance are Gregor Robertson, the federal minister of housing and infrastructure, Cecile Nelvana Lyall, the minister responsible for the Nunavut Housing Corporation, and Paul Irngaut, the president of Nunavut Tunngavik Incorporated.
