Conservative Convention 2026, Day 2 Evening Update

Michael Serapio and Marc-André Cossette host CPAC’s in-depth coverage as the second day of the Conservative Party of Canada’s three-day national policy convention continues in Calgary.
They are joined by Ben Woodfinden (a former director of communications to Pierre Poilievre), Pierre Paul-Hus (the Conservative party’s Quebec lieutenant), Andrew Scheer (a former leader of the Conservative Party of Canada and the current Official Opposition House leader), Étienne-Alexandre Beauregard (a researcher and former advisor in the office of Quebec Premier François Legault), and Janet Brown (an Alberta-based pollster).

CPAC’s Andrew Thomson speaks with Rob Batherson (a former president of the Conservative Party of Canada) and with delegates Kai Jassal and Nicola Fairweather. CPAC’s Rémi Authier hears from delegate Michel Plourde.
