Join the TRU Office of Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Anti-Racism for a Black History Month exhibition!

Dates: Feb. 2 – 13, 2026 (Monday – Friday only)

Time: 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Location: TRU Art Gallery

Recognizing 30 years since Black History Month was first introduced in Canada, The Black Canvas celebrates the 2026 BHM theme: 30 Years of Black History Month: Honouring Black Brilliance Across Generations — From Nation Builders to Tomorrow’s Visionaries.

View various mediums of art from all ages of artists throughout TRU and the Kamloops community.
