Let’s bring awareness to cardiovascular health!

The TRU Risk and Safety Services department invites you to the Heart Health Awareness Day event!

Date: Wednesday, Feb. 11

Time: 12:30 – 2:30 p.m.

Location: Old Main Student Street

Join TRU departments and local community partners for an interactive experience focused on heart health and overall wellness.

Tables will be set up in Old Main Student Street and will feature information, resources and demonstrations.

What to expect

  • Blood pressure checks
  • Yoga and stretch demos
  • AED familiarization
  • Interior Health and Kamloops Fire Department info booths
