Canadian delegates denied entry to West Bank hold news conference – December 29, 2025

On Parliament Hill, human rights advocates and humanitarian leaders from a Canadian delegation led by The Canadian Muslim Vote, who were denied entry to the West Bank, hold a news conference to present firsthand testimony. They urge the federal government to act on Israel’s illegal settlements.

Speaking are Umair Ashraf (executive director, The Canadian-Muslim Vote), Taha Ghayyur (executive director, Justice For All Canada), Ahmed Ramadan (government relations officer, Justice For All Canada), Ahmad Al Qadi (government affairs and public policy officer, National Council of Canadian Muslims), Mahmuda Khan (CEO, Human Concern International), and Afnan Kaid (community advocate, Canadian Muslim Healthcare Network).
