Senator Stan Kutcher and Ukrainian Canadian Congress CEO Ihor Michalchyshyn hold a news conference in Ottawa. The speakers are calling on the federal government to create a pathway to permanent residency in Canada for Ukrainians displaced by the war with Russia. (December 17, 2025)
