N.L. Premier Tony Wakeham announces review of Churchill Falls MOU – December 15, 2025

Newfoundland and Labrador Premier Tony Wakeham announces the establishment of an independent review of the province’s Churchill Falls memorandum of understanding with Quebec.

He is joined at the news conference in St. John’s by Lloyd Parrott, the province’s minister of energy and mines, and Helen Conway Ottenheimer, the minister of justice and public safety.
