OTAN: « La Russie est déjà en guerre contre nous », avertit le général Michel Yakeovleff

Le secrétaire général de l’OTAN, Mark Rutte, a lancé jeudi un avertissement sévère aux pays membres : « Nous sommes la prochaine cible de la Russie. Et nous sommes déjà en danger. » Il les a exhortés à se préparer davantage à la possibilité d’une guerre de grande ampleur, en soulignant que la Russie pourrait être en mesure d’attaquer l’Alliance d’ici cinq ans. Selon le général Michel Yakovleff, ancien haut gradé de l’Armée de terre française et ex-vice-chef d’État-major au SHAPE (le Grand Quartier général des puissances alliées en Europe de l’OTAN), la guerre est déjà engagée sous forme hybride contre les pays de l’OTAN.
